Yokahu Lodge #506 S17 flap. Yokahu Lodge was chartered in 1954 in the Puerto Rico Council (#661) located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Yokahu Lodge totem is a native carved rock w/ face. I don't know if my flap is the S17a or S17b. My flap measures 116mmX66mm.
