Wiatava Lodge #13 was chartered in 1921 in the Orange County
Council (#39) located in Costa Mesa, California. In 1973, Wiatava Lodge was
formed from the merger of San Gorgonio Lodge #298 and Ahwahnee Lodge #430. The
Wiatava Lodge totem is the Cog Stone.
San Gorgonio Lodge #298 was chartered in 1945 in the Orange
Empire Area Council located in Santa Ana, California. In 1948, San Gorgonio
Lodge was purported to have changed name from Gorgonia Lodge. The San Gorgonio
Lodge totem was a standing grizzly bear.
Ahwahnee Lodge #430 was chartered in 1950 in the North
Orange Council located in Anaheim, California. The Ahwahnee Lodge totem was a
stag's head superimposed on arrowhead.
