Es Kaielgu Lodge #311 was chartered in 1994 in the Inland Northwest Council (#611) located in Spokane, Washington. In 1994, Es Kaielgu Lodge #311 was formed by the merger of Sel Koo Sho Lodge #311 and Lemolloillahee Lodge #415. In 1994, Es Kaielgu Lodge absorbed Wawookia Lodge #400. The Es Kaielgu Lodge totem is the Appoloosa horse.
Sel Koo Sho Lodge #311 was chartered in 1945 in the Idaho Pan Handle Council located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. In 1962, Sel Koo Sho Lodge changed its name from Koo Ben Sho Lodge. The Sel Koo Sho Lodge totem was the Outline of Lake Coeur d'Alene and ram's head.
Lemolloillahee Lodge #415 was chartered in 1949 in the Inland Empire Council located in Spokane, Washington. The Lemolloillahee Lodge Lodge totem was a Coyote.
