Wagion Lodge #6 S17 flap. Wagion Lodge was chartered in 1921 in the Westmoreland-Fayette Council (#512) located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. In 1939, rechartered after previously disbanding; changing the name from Umpah Lodge. The Wagion Lodge totem is the Thunderbird.

S17 flap: Light orange border, Blue background; Yellow border, name, and "WWW"; White FDL, "PENNA.", and "BSA"; Measures 62 x 127 mm; White "PENNA." is 5x25 mm; Plastic back.
