Unami Lodge #1 Merger History
Unami Lodge #1 was chartered in 1951 in the Cradle of Liberty Council (#525) located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1924, Unami Lodge absorbed Unalactigo Lodge #8. In 1996, Unami merged with Delmont #43 and remained Unami Lodge #1. The merged council is the Cradle of Liberty Council. The Unami Lodge totem is the turtle.
Unalactigo Lodge #8 was Chartered in 1921 in the Philadelphia (Camp Biddle) Council located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Unalactigo Lodge totem was the turkey.
Delmont Lodge #43 was Chartered in 1929 in the Valley Forge Council located in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. The Delmont Lodge totem was the Seville Memorial Cabin.
