Tulpe Lodge #245 S14b flap, posssibly S14a. Tulpe Lodge was chartered in 1943 in the Annawon Council (#225) located in Taunton, Massachusetts. The Tulpe Lodge totem is a sea turtle.

S14a flap: Light gray border; Green FDL; Red name, number, "Order of the Arrow", and "WWW"; Computer designed; Plastic back; background is off-white (cream); fletching is series of distinct vertical red bars.




S14b flap: same as S14a, but very white background; (issued after S16).
