Troop 23 Oneida, NY
Neckerchief
Madison County Council
Troop #23 neckerchief from Oneida, New York (from the late 1960's). Troop 23 was part of the Madison County Council. It has since merged several times and currently the local council is the Revolutionary Trails Council.
This neckerchief was signed by all the troop members that attended summer camp at Camp Eatonbrook (the former Madison County Council), during the summer of 1968. The current council is the Revolutionary Trails Council. Camp Eatonbrook was closed for use as a summer camp after the 1968 camping season. The new Iroquois Council used Camp Kongsley (Ava, NY) as the new council summer camp.
