Talligewi Lodge #62 was chartered in 1995 in the Lincoln Heritage Council (#205) located in Louisville, Kentucky. Talligewi Lodge was formed in 1995 from the merger of Tseyedin Lodge #65 and Zit-Kala-Sha Lodge #123. The Talligewi Lodge totem is the Taligewi warrior (Mandan Native American).
Tseyedin Lodge #65 was chartered in 1932 in the George Rogers Clark Council located in New Albany, Indiana. The Tseyedin Lodge totem was the raccoon.
Zit-Kala-Sha Lodge #123 was chartered in 1938 in the Old Kentucky Home Council located in Louisville, Kentucky. The Zit-Kala-Sha Lodge changed their name from Zitkala-Sa sometime after 1940. The Zit-Kala-Sha Lodge totem was a Cardinal.
