Japeechen Lodge #341 was chartered in 1992 in the Jersey Shore Council (#341) located in Toms Rivers, New Jersey. In 1992, Japeechen Lodge formed from merger of Gitche Gumee #423 and Schiwa'pew Names #535. The Japeechen Lodge totem is the Atlantic Osprey.

Gitche Gumee Lodge #423 was chartered in 1949 in the Atlantic Area Council located in Northfield, New Jersey. The Gitche Gumee Lodge totem was the Sea gull.




Schiwa'pew Names Lodge #535 was chartered in 1958 in the Ocean County Council located in Toms River, New Jersey. The Schiwa'pew Names Lodge totem was a Bluefish.
