Chan-O-Wapi Lodge #52 was charted in 1930 in the Missouri Valley Council located in Bismarck, North Dakota. In 1937/38, they changed the name from Te-Pe Lodge. The Chan-O-Wapi Lodge totem was a Mandan earth lodge.
Minniduta Lodge #176 was charted in 1940 in the Red River Valley Council located in Fargo, North Dakota. The Minniduta Lodge #176 totem was a Chief's head with crossed arrow and axe.
Chatoka Lodge #183 was charted in 1940 in the Great Plains Area Council located in Minot, North Dakota. The Chatoka Lodge totem was a Bison skull.
Thunderbird Lodge #371 was chartered in 1947 in the Lake Agassiz Council located in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The Thunderbird Lodge totem was a Thunderbird.
