Owasippe Lodge #7 was chartered in 1929 in the Chicago Area Council (#118) located in Chicago, Illinois. In 1929, Owasippe Lodge was formed from the merger of Wakay Lodge #13, Checaugau Lodge #21, Blackhawk Lodge #23, and Garrison Lodge #25 to form Owasippe Lodge #7. The Owasippe Lodge totem is the Arrow and the hand of fellowship representing the five original lodges.
