International Neckerchief

Blue West Cumberland UK Neckerchief



This blue neckerchief was a gift from Kevin O'Grady. He traded for the neckerchief in the 1967 World Jamboree held in Farragut State Park, Idaho. Their is writing inside "P. Workman UK 30". This jamboree was  attended by 4,435 American Scouts for a total of 12,000 Scouts from 105 countries.
