This red  neckerchief with a white and black border was a gift from Kevin O'Grady. He traded for the neckerchief in the 1967 World Jamboree held in Farragut State Park, Idaho. This jamboree was attended by 4,435 American Scouts for a total of 12,000 Scouts from 105 countries.
