Camp Eatonbrook
White Neckerchief
Madison County Council
This Camp Eatonbrook Neckerchief was likely issued in the
mid-1960's.
Camp Eatonbrook was a scout camp located in West Eaton, New
York, along the southeast corner of Eatonbrook reservoir. The Madison County
Council was located Oneida, New York, in Central New York State.
Madison County Council and Camp Eatonbrook no longer exist due to mergers. Madison County Council originally merged with Fort Stanwix Council (Rome, New York)
in 1968 to form Iroquois Council.
In 1982, Iroquois Council merged with Upper Mohawk Council
(Utica, New York) to form the the Land of the Oneidas Council (Rome, New
York).
In January of 2002, Land of the Oneidas merged with the
General Herkimer Council located in Herkimer, New York to form the Revolutionary Trails Council
located in Utica, New York.
