Mischa Mokwa Lodge #435 was chartered in 1950 in the Cumberland Council located in Middlesboro, Kentucky. The Mischa Mokwa Lodge totem was Little Dipper superimposed on Brown Bear.
Tomahaken Lodge #241 was chartered in 1962 in the Lonesome Pine Council located in Pikeville, Kentucky. The Tomahaken Lodge totem was Tomahawk and pine tree. In 1962, Tomahaken changed the name from Tomahawk Lodge. Tomahaken Lodge was originally chartered in 1948 as Tomahawk Lodge.
