Konepaka Ketiwa Lodge #38 was chartered in 1994 in the Illowa Council located in Davenport, Iowa. In 1994, Konepaka Ketiwa Lodge #38 was formed in the merger of Inali lodge #38 and Muc-Kis-Sou lodge #170. The Konepaka Ketiwa Lodge totem is the Red tailed hawk.
