Red & White (RWS) Shoulder Patch
Ilion, NY (City) Red and White Shoulder Patch (RWS). This patch comes from the General Herkimer Council located in Herkimer, New York. I traded for this patch at the 1969 National Jamboree at Farragut State Park in Idaho.
In 2002, Land of the Oneidas merged with General Herkimer Council to form the Revolutionary Trails Council.
