Council Shoulder Patch (CSP)
Five Rivers Council CSP. Five Rivers Council is located in the Southern Tier New York State in Bath, New York. The council was formed in 1992 from the merger of General Sullivan Council located in Towanda, Pennsylvania and the Five Rivers Council located in Bath, New York.
Previously, the Five Rivers Council was formed in 1990 from a merger of the Steuben Area Council located in Bath, New York and Sullivan Trail Council located in Elmira, New York.
