Crazy Horse Lodge #171 S13 flap. Crazy Horse Lodge was chartered in 1939 in the Black Hills Area Council (#695) located in Rapid City, South Dakota. The Crazy Horse Lodge totem is Chief Crazy Horse.

In 1955, Crazy Horse Lodge rechartered after previously disbanding, changing its name from Nasupa Tanka.




In 1982, Crazy Horse Lodge changed the name from Crazy Horse to Tashunka Witco Lodge.




In 1984, Crazy Horse Lodge changed the spelling of name from Tashunka Witco Lodge to Tasunka Witco Lodge.




In 1988, Crazy Horse Lodge changed its name from Tasunka Witco.
