Chumash Lodge #304 was chartered in 1945 in the Santa Lucia Area Council located in San Luis Obispo, California. In 1962, Chumash Lodge #304 rechartered after previously disbanding, changing its name from Miwok. In 19??, Miwok Lodge changed its name from Cayucos Lodge sometime after 1955. The Miwok Lodge totem was a Totem pole. The Chumash Lodge totem was the Bear.
