This Camp Eatonbrook patch comes from the 1960s. In 1968, the Madison County Council merged with Fort Stanwix Council to form the Iroquois Council.
Camp Eatonbrook was originally a scout camp in the Madison County Council in central New York State. After the merger with Fort Stanwix Council, it became a camp in the Iroquois Council. It was no longer used a a summer camp, though. It was located near West Eaton, NY along the southeast corner of Eatonbrook reservoir. Camp Eatonbrook no loner exists.
Camp Eatonbrook and Madison County CouncilĀ no longer exist. Madison County Council originally merged with Fort Stanwix Council in 1968 to form Iroquois Council.
In 1982, Iroquois Council merged with Upper Mohawk Council to form the Land of the Oneidas Council.
In January of 2002, Land of the Oneidas merged with the General Herkimer Council to form the Revolutionary Trails Council.
