Anpetu-We Lodge #100 was chartered as Jonito-Otora Lodge #100 in 1937 in the Southeast Missouri Council located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. In 1956, Anpetu-We Lodge rechartered after previously disbanding, changing its name from Jonito-Otora. In 1994, Anpetu-We Lodge absorbed Ney-A-Ti Lodge #240 in the newly formed Greater Saint Louis Area Council. The Anpetu-We Lodge totem is the Turtle.
Ney-A-Ti Lodge #240 was chartered in 1943 in the Egyptian Council located in Herrin, Ilinois. The Ney-A-Ti Lodge totem was the Beaver.
